Pelvic Health Services

    • Preparation for birth (vaginal and C-section)

    • Pelvic floor and core health throughout pregnancy

    • Common pelvic health concerns (leaking, heaviness/pressure, pain)

    • Support and education for exercise during pregnancy

    • Pelvic girdle or low back pain

  • Including

    • Post birth rehab (vaginal and C-section)

    • Pelvic organ prolapse (heaviness/pressure)

    • Incontinence (leaking)

    • Diastasis recti

    • Postpartum pelvic girdle or low back pain

    • Return to Exercise

    • Incontinence (urinary or fecal)

    • Pelvic organ prolapse (heaviness/pressure)

    • Pelvic pain, including: dyspareunia (pain with sex), vaginismus, vulvodynia, endometriosis related symptoms, interstitial cystitis / bladder pain syndrome

    • Perimenopausal pelvic health

  • EMG biofeedback is a tool that can be used to help assess the muscle activity of the pelvic floor without an internal assessment. Although it can not provide all of the same information that a bimanual internal assessment can, it can be a helpful in addition to or in place of an internal assessment for:

    • Pelvic pain conditions

    • In pregnancy if an internal assessment is contraindicated

    • If you are uncomfortable with an internal assessment for any reason

  • An in-person group workshop
